In the coaching method I like the most that it is totally fits the client’s needs. The development process adjusts to the special professional and life situation of the client. During the coaching the result of the process is the result of the client, the consequence of his intention, his choice and his actions, that the coach, than the expert of the process follows throughout. The coach does not give an advice in the course of the coaching. During the process the coach support the client with questions, applied techniques, while concentrates on the present tasks and solutions implemented in the future.
My development activities in coaching approach includes:

- life coaching: I help you attain your goals in life
- group coaching: individual members have their own goals and work in the same group
- team-coaching: all members in the group are focused on the same goal
